After a year of intense development, openings of two new antennas in the Alpes Maritimes and Arles, Les Premières Sud welcomed, on April 5, 2019, a new President: Christine Bord Le Tallec. She succeeds Marie-Claude Gleize who becomes Treasurer.
New President committed
An Ensfit administrator and a graduate of Kedge BS, Christine has been Regional Delegate of the La Poste Group for the South Region since 2016, where she and her team provide institutional representation on the territory, with the aim of sharing the major strategic issues. It accompanies the implementation of the Group's major transformation projects.
Christine is a woman of commitment, who has always worked for the development of the territories and for the professional accompaniment of young people. Elected to the CCIMP, member of the Aix Marseille Provence Métropole Development Board and member of the Board of Directors of IAE d'Aix, she is a director of several training organizations.
At the Presidency of the First South, Christine is still more committed to the benefits of diversity, entrepreneurship and innovation.
Accompany women in entrepreneurship
The objective of the First South is to increase the number of women who undertake and activate an economic potential with a strong social impact, to create value and sustainable employment in the territory.
Les Premières Sud incubator supports women and mixed teams (at least one woman in the management team) in the creation and development of their business through all types of innovation (social, technology, marketing & commercial) , products, services & use, process & organization or business model).
LPS offers support programs tailored to each stage of the creative process:
from idea to project (START-1st),
from the project to the registration of the company (GO-1st),
for the development and profitability of the company (BOOST-1ère).
The four pillars of accompaniment are: methodological trainings and collective co-development workshops, personal coaching on the entrepreneurial posture, individual coaching by a project-focused mentor and the strength of a local and national network within a federation.
